Thank you for booking an online Personal Training taster session.

We are looking forward to sharing this super convenient & efficient way of training with you.

Please have a read of the following information before your first session so you know what to expect and can get the best out of your workout.

Mondays, Tuesdays & Thursdays 6.30am with Veronica
Wednesdays & Fridays 6.30am with Steve
Monday to Thursday 9.30am sessions with Veronica / Becky

Any issues please contact us asap so we can ensure you can access the session.

All sessions are 30 minutes – please login 5 minutes before (and join the virtual waiting room) to ensure the session can begin on time. If you want to start warming up before the session then please do and allow some time after the session to stretch and cool down.

Things you’ll need:

  • Dumbbells, kettlebell or alternative hand weights (advised)
  • Floor mat (advised)
  • Water (advised)
  • Towel (optional)

What to wear:

  • Comfortable activewear to suit the temperature/conditions of your workout location
  • Trainers (advised)

What to expect:

  • The session will be a mix of cardio & toning exercises that are suitable for achieving your goals.
  • The format of the session varies from month to month, but generally it is most like a circuit style interval workout.
  • There will be up to 6 people in the session, with a range of abilities and everyone working at their own pace. We will tailor the workout to individual clients/needs where necessary – for example if you have an injury or don’t have any equipment.
  • Clients usually have their video & sound on so we can coach and communicate, but feel free to turn these off if you prefer or if you have background noise.

Please inform your trainer at the start of the session if you have any injuries or issues that we should be aware of.

Signing up:

After the session, Becky will be in touch to discuss how we can help you with our 6-week ‘kick-start’ training programmes – see following options:

  • 1x session per week £60
  • 2x sessions per week £100
  • 3x sessions per week £120

Advance payment is required to secure your future bookings.
BACS payment is preferred but card is also accepted.

Booking sessions:

We usually book PT sessions 1 week ahead of schedule by replying to our request email. Some clients prefer to train on regular slots each week, but this is not a requirement so feel free to mix up the days and times to suit your needs. We aim to accommodate your booking requests as much as possible, but from time to time we may not be able to offer the full availability (due to staff holidays etc) but we will aim to let you know in advance if this is the case.

Cancellation Policy:

Programme fees will not be refunded (in part or full) if you change your mind or your circumstances change preventing you from attending the sessions. Programme fees are also non transferable unless agreed otherwise.

If you are unable to attend a session, please text 07999338825 giving at least 24 hours notice for the session to be rebooked. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours notice will NOT be rescheduled.

Attendance at your first class assumes you accept the above information.

DISCLAIMER

Any exercise session carries with it an element of risk. The sessions are designed to minimise these risks whilst providing an effective workout. Please inform your trainer if, for any reason (such as injury or illness), you feel you should not participate in any part of the session.

If at any time you feel undue pain or excessive discomfort stop the activity and inform your trainer of your symptoms. You are free to withdraw from the session at any time.

  • I accept full and complete responsibility for my participation in the sessions.
  • I understand that I may withdraw from the sessions at any time.
  • I agree to hold Becky / onesixeight: fitness free of any and all liability for any subsequent injury or health complication that though unlikely, may result from or be aggravated by my participation in these sessions.
  • I understand that payment for all session must be made in advance and that I am not entitled to a refund if I am unable to attend unless at least 24 hours notice is given.
  • I will also take it upon myself to notify my trainer of any changes to my medical history or current state of health.
